Helen spent 15 years within the Recruitment Industry, where she developed a broad commercial experience across a variety of industries.  Having worked with large and small organisations, one-man bands to multi-national corporations means that she is skilled at adapting to each client environment she works in.

She spent eight years in Learning & Development, creating, developing and delivering training across a variety of disciplines and levels. Her passion is Leadership and Management Development, particularly aspiring and new managers. She led and developed teams within operational and support environments to achieve results through coaching and formal training. 

She is passionate about Learning and Development across all age groups, believing that this enables people to achieve their maximum potential.

She is currently undertaking Diplomas in Personal Development Coaching and Small Business Coaching.
